  • Explains the cover Our free check and guides explain what business insurance generally does, what it costs and the rules that apply, with a source for every figure. See how we write our guides.
  • Free for businesses You don’t pay COVRA anything, and there’s no obligation. Brokers pay COVRA to receive enquiries. See how COVRA is paid.
  • What COVRA isn’t COVRA is not an insurance broker or insurer and is not licensed to provide financial product advice. We don’t give advice, provide quotes or arrange policies; your broker does that.

The brokers.

  • Licensed or authorised Brokers must hold an Australian Financial Services Licence or be an authorised representative of a licensee.
  • Approved first Only approved brokers receive enquiries.
  • Fees and commissions Your broker will tell you about any fees or commissions they receive.
  • Complaints Small businesses can take eligible complaints about insurers and brokers to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA).
